I had to purchase another color Cartridge within short time. I mentioned to the salesman how disappointed I was. His only comment was while he shooked the cartridge, was "wow its still full".
I feel I should have been given a free replacement, or refund.

        No it is not waterproof. (I checked again to be sure.) If you print on photo paper, it is marginally waterproof. Laminating your work will give it more waterproofing.
