    I use them to make instant oatmeal for breakfast. A cup holds 16 oz. of contents but with the extra space it cooks without spillovers and I can add fruit and milk.

      PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO ORDER LIDS FOR THESE CUPS. I RECENTLY ORDERED SOME AND THEY DO NOT COME WITH LIDS AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THEM TO.
