    I PURCHASED FROM STAPLES NOV, 29, 2010 A BELKIN ROUTER SURF N300. I HAD NO PROBLEM CONNECTING WIRELESS FOR MY LAPTOP OR BLURAY PLAYER BUT I CANNOT GET MY IPOD TO CONNECT VIA WIRELESS. MY OTHER ROUTER WAS A NETGEAR AND HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE IPOD CONNECTING. MY NETWORK COMES UP ON THE IPOD BUT ASKS FOR A PASSWORD WHICH I GOT FROM THE BELKIN CARD BUT NOTHING WORKS.

    I have the same question as one already posted and I'm wondering how many more people had the same question, how do you do a wireless installation when there is no connection established? Also, do you provide this service as a in home service? Here is the previously posted question: How does Staples provide this service when a constant internet connection is required? By nature, the installation of a wireless network will require that the computer be without internet for a certain period of setup. I must be missing some detail.
