It is not the fault of Staples. Have to have the ink. Although I must say I bought the printer at Staples thinking it would print edge to edge and have a brighter quality print.

I use this product for everyday printing. It works great for plain text and even pictures (doesn't smear.) If you print pictures tho the ink runs out fast, the upside to that is the epson ink is much cheaper than other leading brands.
