I need the keyboard and mouse on the same level, lower than the desk. The desk I use at work was not designed for computer, and my space is a very tight and small space for 2 people. I developed tennis elbow and tendonitis because keyboard and mouse were to high. I like the way it slides under desk when not in use. Only had it for a couple of weeks but some stress has already started to abate.

I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago. It has significantly reduced tension in my shoulder from heavy mouse use. I especially like the adjustable mouse pad that I can raise higher than the keyboard. I spend six or seven consecutive hours a day in front of a keyboard, so this was a big issue for me. I didn't install the keyboard myself and wasn't present at the time, so I cannot comment on ease of installation. The only negative I found (and it is a very, very small one) is that there is a slight "bounce" to the keyboard and it's the only reason I didn't give this product a five star rating. But it is so far outweighed by convenience and comfort that I almost hesitate to mention it; however, it could be an issue for someone else--it's not one for me. You also might want to check the distance between the floor and the keyboard. Depending on the angle and height you set the keyboard, it might be less that what you're used to.
