    Not as firm as I thought it would be. Should have spent the money and bought a full one. The bottom line... You get what you pay for.

          I received an office chair as a Christmas gift, and it didn't really fit me very well. With the backrest, though, it has made a huge improvement. I also like that it is easy to attach and move. I attend scrapbook retreats, often with less than ergonomic chairs, and I am looking forward to taking my backrest with me.
