    I received an office chair as a Christmas gift, and it didn't really fit me very well. With the backrest, though, it has made a huge improvement. I also like that it is easy to attach and move. I attend scrapbook retreats, often with less than ergonomic chairs, and I am looking forward to taking my backrest with me.

          The mesh back support did everything. Helped support by back, neck and shoulders. At the end of the work day I felt so much better from sitting at the computer all day. I also bought one for my coworkers. They to was very impressed with te difference it made them feel. Thank you, I would recomend this item to everyone.
