This is my 2nd one in eight years. The tray that holds the mouse broke. It would be perfect except the screws that hold it come lose. They are too small & every so often they fall out. It's not that big a deal, just screw them back in. I use it under a counter & its perfect for my needs & very comfortable. It's really great for the price & if it wasn't for the screw problem I would give it 5 stars.

My keyboard drawer is mounted under a built-in desk, so the mounting is not entirely conventional. My wife's replaces the middle drawer on a standard desk, which also required some adaptation. We've both had to replace our keyboard drawers when the slider mechanism failed. I was quite annoyed when mine failed for the third time and bought a whole new unit just to get one new slider. I then emailed Fellowes complaining about the repeated failure of this component. Fellowes pleasantly surprised me by promptly sending two new sliders at no charge. Now I'm all set for the next failure. I should have emailed Fellowes and asked for replacement parts rather than buying a whole new drawer just to get one part. Apart from the sliders, the item works well and has held up pretty well despite daily use. The screws need to be tightened from time to time. It's also about the only one readily available in stores, and the price is reasonable.

        As a 74 year old woman I was unable to 'drill' into the computer desk in order to use. Need a slip-on type. Returned it within a few days unopened. Therefore the poor rating. It probably is a great product if I had been able to install it.

        For the most part its easy to setup but the Template provided didnt match the holes perfectly so I ended up using the unit itself to mark holes to pre-drill. Mind you by myself laying under my desk Holding the Draw unit in one place and marking/drilling holes is not easy

        I oped to attach the unit to two wooden boards and then attched the boards to the desk. It is much sturdier that way. It took a couple of hours to install.

            Only Staples had this product, this size. We wanted to use a shelf from wall shelving as a desktop instead of adding a desk to a bedroom, to put a laptop on. Installing this product to run under that shelf made it a pull-out keyboard surface that could be pushed back under the shelf after use. All you'll need is a chair to pull up to your wall unit. HARD to FIND ProDUCT in this size.

                It's a peel and stick style. Included, but it's up to you whether you use it. Not sure if it can be removed after you put it on, though.
