The machine is great but can't get replacement bags the same size as was with the machine to start with. Fellowes doesn't have the correct bag either. Why sell a product that you can't replace the bags that will fit the bin and is more useful due to the size. The original bags should be replaceable or don't provide that size of bag. We wasted a lot of time and some money (paying for the open boxes of bags used)trying to get the correct large fitting bag.
