            Even when the cartridge appears to be empty (starts to deliver white areas), you just take it out, shake it, and you get maybe another 100 pages.

                    I had to purchase this because the one I purchased as a spare was defected as confirmed from a tech. Unfortunately I cannot find the receipt. If you would yet want me to send it back I can. It will be obvious that its never been used. I did check the new one and it appears to work. So my response is not to the recent product, but to the one prior which is the same product. I'm hoping that I will not have any problems with the recent product.

                        Unpacked the cartridge, put it in the printer, turned the printer on, attempted to print. Nothing. Turned the printer off, unplugged from the computer. Plugged in again, turned printer on, attempted to print. Again nothing.

                        Removed cartridge--broken.

                        Called store, was advised to bring cartridge in, get refund, purchase another, have it sent.

                        Bummer; pain. Time-waster.
