I have always had just one major problem with this tri-color ink cartrige. It can be printing happily along, then my printer stops and I have to check the color cartr...I take it out and shake it to find there's plenty of toner inside, so I don't know what's wrong with it. This happens way before the black cartr. runs out which I find kind of odd. I can usually get it to limp along for a while longer before I absolutely have to replace it, but it's quite aggrevating! This problem has happened with every HP 97 tri-color cartr. that I have tried.
