Hammer Mill is a name that you can trust.
Additionally, Staples had a great price on the paper. So, for me, it was a win win purchase.
I use this quality of paper for letters and to send contact photos to friends and family through the mail.

This paper is very disappointing. The text quality is fair at best with a soft appearance and smears easily. Like many 20-lb. papers, this paper is thin and flimsy and if not handled carefully, it will rip and tear easily. This paper jams easily in all my copiers and printers unless I fan each bundle of paper many times before feeding and feed it very, very carefully. I must set the ink/toner levels very, very low when using this paper or else the ink/toner will bleed through easily. This paper fades faster than most papers I used and is unsuitable for documents that must last a long time. The brightness is uneven and varies from pack to pack and some sheets are curled and have wrinkles on the edges. This indicates poor quality control on the part of HammerMill with this product. I do not recommend this paper except for the uses I listed above. There are better choices on the market.

  Different ad dates and different rebate dates.
  They send me a check for both reams each time.
  I do the online rebate process. When I input the receipt number, their records show that I purchased 2 reams and qualified for the 2 ream rebate and that is what I get a check for.

  I also bought the Hammermill copy with rebate. My In-store Purchase came with a 'Rebate Receipt' as well as a normal receipt and forms to fill in and mail or numbers to enter on-line.
  
  Look at the receipts that came with your shipment. If you can't locate that information look at the staples rebate websites. They allow you to enter a receipt online to make sure you get credit for it.
  
  There are also contact numbers on the website.
