Purchased online for store pick-up. It was ready on-time and I was called by a customer service rep to validate my order in addition to the email confirmation - nice touch!

Easy to install and configure. There is enough space in the case to add a second internal HD drive and Fire-wire card, and, more space/slots for any future expansion.

Windows 8 was new to me but it runs very well as expected. The included Lenovo software/utilities are on par with the previous HP and Compact computers I am more familiar with...

Runs "power user" photo and video products (e.g. Adobe LightRoom, PS Elements and PS Premier) very well. No problems with color calibration or video profiles. Sorry, I don't use it as a gaming system and can't comment on that aspect.

I have had the system for a few weeks and I am still very happy with this purchase.

      I would highly recommend getting the training on Win8 from the staff at Staples! Win8 is great, but a major deviation from the interface of previous versions. Good boot and load time. 2nd Gen Core i5 seems to have good performance for the average to above average user.

          This is a great machine for Photo processing. This thing rocks ! ! With only 8GBs of ram, I have done as many as 35 processes on a picture, before haveing any type of delays. If you use Lightroom 4 or Elements 11, you will not be disapointed. AND IT IS QUIET ! !

          Several brands I will never buy again, so thought I would try this one. The sales tech explained the system to me and it had every thing except a CD copier and a floppy disc reader. But the tower was what I wanted and with a few add ons, I will have all I need from past systems to the present ones.

              Look at your wireless connection icon in Windows 8. If it is not present, check your network connection page to ensure that the adapter is connected to your system. If the connection icon is present, click on it to see if it is registering any nearby wireless networks. If your Verizon network shows up on it, then connect to it. If it does not show up, then the problem is with your Verizon Fios setup. Do you have a wireless router? If not, that is the problem. If you do and you are getting no connection through a displayed available wireless network, you need to contact Verizon.

              No, but it does have an integrated gigabit Ethernet connection. A WiFi adapter can be purchased separately, either internal card or USB attached, and installed to add wireless access.

              Yes, the desktop is wireless compatible. All motherboards supporting i3, i5 or i7 Intel cpus will support a wireless connection through either a wireless NIC plugged into the motherboard or though a usb connection. The easiest way is to use a usb wireless adapter. The same is true for current AMD based systems.
