This is a printer I use at my office, and it's generally reliable. The ink seems to be used up awfully quickly, but the cost of replacement is low enough. I like that Staples accepts my empty ink returns, but I haven't been able to find a place that can refill these. I wish I could, because that would help reduce the footprint. Replacing even small recyclable cartridges are good, but refilling with fresh ink would be even better!. My local Staples does always have these and the color ones in stock (thank you).

We use this constantly. We seem to go through a cartridge quickly. But then we do a lot of printing. It is a better bargin when we buy a dual pack. I make a lot of cards so I use the color rather quickly. The last time we purchased a single cartridge we had two $5. rewards coupons.
That was a big help. We checked the big super stores. The price is no better. We would would much rather shop at Staples.
