I have never felt that I get a "lot of miles" out of this product. With my newest purchase, I am facing a new problem: Apparently, the cartridges
are "short circuiting". I just bought this product a few days ago and I have been having printing difficulties ever since. I received an error message that the cartridges are short circuiting. I no longer have my receipt and would like to know what I can do about this. The purchase was made with my debit card. So, maybe that will be a help. I am very frustrated because I have important documents that I need printed and I cannot get them to print clearly!

I am an artist and was trying to produce a folder of my work. The black in the 16/26 pack is still working however the color stopped printing after producing two good 10 x 8 prints. The third attempt started out with a verticle stripe and after that it became less and less , only printing the black portions of the work. Thius is even though the computor chart says there is pleanty of color left. I live in Ash Fork and shop at Staples in Flagstaff. That is more than a hundred mile round trip It is often difficult to find the time to make that trip.I would be happy to trade that cartrige for a new one Lexmark ink seems to be very expensive compared to other makes
