I am a Sales Trainer so I use the product to print training materials, reports and financial information to share with my team. It is easy to use but you do have to scan a document once you insert the cartridge before you can print. Then if you have a job you are doing, you have to start over. That is time consuming but there is no getting around it. The look is great and the cost is average.

Deep Pockets

I use this product for everyday use. Class projects, internet research, scanning etc.

I am disapointed in the poor cartridge life and the fact that it is only compatible to certain Lexmark printers, I believe it should have a more universal appeal so that any Lexmark cartridge should be able to be used.

It is expensive and the reason why I am a heavy duty user is because I am always running out of ink. I do believe (running out) is by design. After all it makes money for the company.

I love the way how this cartridge print on paper! the smell is really nice. Even that it is a little be expensive it is one of the best brand names! It does last longer than the other brands that I just to used before. I will definitively recommend this product and the great advantage is that when you run out of ink you can bring it to the nearest staples the scan your rewards card and the will send you via mail a certificate that you will be able to use it on your next purchase. I love staples it is the best place to find all that you need for your office or home!!!

This product should not be offered/advertised as a package deal with the Lexmark 2 printer ink cartridge. Lexmark 3 is not compatible nor can it be used in the Lexmark 3480 printer. Only the Lexmark 2 can be used in the x3480 printer
