I was expecting an even 1/3 fold. I did not get that on a single piece. The folds were off by 1/4" at each end I'm guessing to accomodate 3 sheet folding. I could not use this product.

Documentation should have stated that letter folds are not equal 1/3 folds.

Delivery was next day. Product was packaged perfectly.

I found nothing GREAT about this product. It did look professional, but would not fold a single sheet neatly and square.[...] This product stinks!

If you have folded letters to fit into envelopes, then you know it is a cumbersome task. This product does it quickly and the folds come out very even and correct. The unit works very well. I use it for just a few per week as I have such a demanding schedule. Time saving is important. I don't make money folding paper, I make it talking to people on the phone and getting orders filled. This is a very small investment with a good pay back. In a larger situation - church: it used to take us hours to fold the mailings, now it takes about 20 minutes for the same number of flyers.

This machine is suitable for home or very light use.
We send about 100 invoices per week. The machine got jammed very easily. We spent more time to reprint the invoices. Then it broke completely.

It jams a lot, and it it very hard to UN-jam. I got it few days ago and we are returning it. If you put paper just a bit in an angle it jams. Looks good
