            Got this to replace a cable that had failed. I wanted something quick and didn't do much shopping and just grabbed the first thing I found.
            Was pretty shocked at the difference in quality over the old one I was using. Even my wife, who normally doesn't pick up on these things, remarked at the better sound quality of the monster.
            I basically run it from a lap top running Pandora One to my vintage Sansui amp running some old school pawn shop speakers (awesome speakers, don't remember the brand at the moment). Sounds incredible as far as I'm concerned.
            Would definitely recommend.

                I want a cord that I can plug into a boombox that has an audio in port and then the other end into the device such as an iPod or iPhone. The length of 7 ft is what I am looking for but since there are three jacks I wanted to make sure the sound qualify is good if only two of the three are in use? Not really getting why there is a three to be honest?

                  Yes, this cable will work and have as good a sound quality as the speakers, the better the speakers the better the sound. Cables with the 2 ends are left in and right 2. Cables with the 3rd end are for video.

                  If I get what you are saying right, what you really need is the Monster iCable 800, which can be found here: http://www.staples.com/Monster-iCable-800-for-iPod-iPhone-and-iPad/product_912407 It has the one instead of two jacks you are looking for.
