  Yes this can be mounted to a wall. No there is no wall mounting hardware included; for it is designed to be hung do only the hanging hardware is included. May I suggest the Staples item#495732, Partition Pocket. Or the Staples item#114132, 3-Pocket Wall File.

When I received this it did not come with directions on putting it together. Is there any way I can get that info, there are many pieces and it is not easy to understand.

How far is the opening of the first file from the top of the wall? Is it adjustable so that it would hang lower if desired? The top of our wall is 7' and we are working with vertically challenged personnel.
