  Yes, the Black Oxford® Pressboard Recycled Report Cover, does protect the edge of documents contained within as long as the documents are at least 8 1/2” by 11” inches or smaller. This cover does not have a spine, however it is made with heavy-duty 20-point pressboard material and has a scored hinge and a two-piece adjustable fastener to hold documents in place.

are there pockets inside this report cover? and is it 3 holed that you fasten the papers down with fastners that are inside?
