Smooth, reliable ballpoint

i've tried all kinds of disposable ballpoint pens, and these PaperMate Profiles are my favorites of all time. The ballpoint glides easily with very little pressure, laying down a clean line of ink without skips or smears. The line weight is bold; I'm not aware of any fine-point version, but I prefer a heavier line anyway. The pen is very lightweight, has a comfortable rubberized surface for your writing fingers, and a recessed tip so it never leaks ink in your shirt pocket. The only further thing I could wish for would be ink refills. I go through a lot of these pens and would rather just replace the ink than have to throw out perfectly good pen bodies.

I MUCH prefer the Staples-brand pen (comfort stic ballpoint pens) as far as the consistency of the ink, color of the ink, and they way you write when you use the pen. Ironically, the Staples pen is a fraction of the cost, so you think you're getting an inferior pen when in fact you are getting a much better pen.

I use these pens daily to take notes while in class. I absolutely love these pens because they're soo incredibly silky when you write, they're comfortable, and the blue color is a tad brighter than the average pen. Although the size of the ball point is a bit bigger than desired, it works just as well.

The cons are that they may be a bit goo-ey, and they "skip-a-doodle" at times.

For me, the positives deffinitely outweigh the negatives.

I love this pen . I use it for all my writting needs, never clumps, It has a draker cloer blue and a thickness in the letters than you can find most medium ball point pens that I prefer
