I use this product on a daily basis for both work and school. I love the way it just glides through the paper when I'm writing. It's not stiff. I would like for it to write a little darker and throw out a little more ink but other than that no complains. I am a budget shopper but I will buy this product again.

Bought the Staples brand DELTA ELITE PENS TWICE. Took the first pair back when the ink didn't last more than a week. The clerk gave me a new pair. Then went back to the Staples store when the second pair FAILED and told the clerk this story. He wasn't too intellegent and couldn't comprehend the issue but he helped me get replacement ink for inside the crummy pens (instead of just giving me another pair or better yet a "BETTER" pen all together). When we went to the desk he said i had to pay for the replacement ink cartridges. I just shook my head...I should have just left or made stink but didn't want to make a scene. So i paid for the replacements and they have been working ok but i paid twice for them! I went to Office depot since and bought my paper and office supplies... sorry.

            I bought it as a refill for my pen(this pen is a gift from one of my best friends). it turns out the refill is very gooodd! I like it. I did check the label, it is made in France.As I know, you barely find something made in France in USA, this is one of them!
