This pen rocks. I used it through about 9 years of school and countless seminars, I used it waiting tables, and now I use it at work for development projects and memos. This pen has witnessed the change in my handwriting from print block letters into a fast shorthand. It has never clogged or failed me. Over the years I must have used up about 50 of these pens (I have about 30 composition notebooks full of class notes and journaling, not to mention 1000s of guestchecks).

The only problem with this pen is that it can be a little hard to find (the P-700 is much more common). And so whenever I do run into it, I buy 4-6 of them. Buy this badboy in bulk. It's not very fancy. Just a solid, unpretentious and affordable pen. It's the Steve Nash of writing utensils.

I love these pens!!

I use this in my everyday job signing invoices - they must be signed in blue ink. I like the color of the ink in these pens. That's why I buy these exclusively.

I am a City Letter Carrier and I must have a good pen with a fine point so I can fit all the Delivery Confirmation numbers on the short line of the Delivery Receipt or Left Notice Receipt and this pen is perfect for that use. When I offer it to my customers to use in signing for receipt of their accountable item, they always comment about how they love how my pen writes. I am also the Chief Union Steward and like the color of the ink for use in filling out grievance forms. The color discerns which is the original and which is the copy. I do wish the tip was retractable, instead of having to remove and replace the cap during each use.
