I had to return the first board I purchased because after one week hanging on my wall, the dry erase portion of the board rippled so much it was almost impossible to write on. I had seen pictures of this same issue on another review, and mine did the exact same thing. My second board is hanging now, and it has one major ripple on it. If it goes anymore than that, I will return it too. Perhaps the manufacturer should have used some other backing than the current cheap cardboard in the current design. For [$] I would expect a much better product. I am thinking my next monthly calendar will be just one of those cheap slap it up on the wall plastic things.

These were the last 2 framed dry erase calendars they had and we really needed them. I knew they were warped and part of the calendar was delaminating. I think they were old and in the Arizona dry head they warped. I want to return them for new ones but I hung them up already. I'm taking them back. I don't want a refund. Just unwarped dry erase boards. I probably should have ordered online.

The bottom strip of cork board is about a millimeter thick. Right after I took it out of the packaging and hung it, I wrote my calendar dates on it but made an error. When I wiped the board with the eraser, I wiped down (toward the cork board). It caught the raised edge peeled a piece right off. It tore so easily. There is just cardboard behind it. The push pins poke through the back of the board and you can feel the sharp points. It's nice to look at but cheaply made. I've had no issue with the dry erase part.
