  The best way to clean this chalkboard is to: (1) wipe the chalkboard with clean cloths; (2) mix warm water and 1/2 cup (120 ml) vinegar in a bucket; (3) soak some clean white cloths in the solution: (4) wring out a cloth from the water-vinegar solution and use it to swab the whole chalkboard.
  
  This will give you a clean, streak free surface.
