The cart is put together with metal, snap on, clips that are very difficult to put on. The clips also have a tendancy to snap apart when bumped just putting a rolled blueprint in it. My package was actually short several clips. And you have to get creative to put on the clips in the center. The assembly instructions are also somewhat vague. All in all a poorly designed product.
