              I had 2 Scotch Dispensers previously and used them for about 5 years and they worked great. One of them finally broke so I ordered 2 of these for replacement. Once I tried using them I noticed that the teeth on the tape dispenser could not cut the tape. I tried this many ways and ended up having to use a knife to cut it. Returned both that I bought and trying to find something better

                Please advise how to load this tape dispenser. Every time I use one of these the tape sticks to one of the roller parts just below the cutter. So, there is something wrong in how I am loading a new roll.

                Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks

                  When you put the roll onto the dispenser you would run the tape sticky side down through the guide and up to the cutter.
