You can use Staples QuickStrip self-sealing envelopes for your general mailing needs. They are standard business-size envelopes with a self-adhesive strip that keeps them securely closed.

Convenient Size and Packaging
These Staples QuickStrip envelopes are standard #10 envelopes, so they hold folded sheets of letter-sized or legal-sized paper, brochures, and other typical business documents. They are shipped in boxes of five hundred, so you'll always have plenty available.

Easy to Use
You do not need glue or a moistener to seal these envelopes. Just fill them and take the backing off the adhesive strip on the inside of the flap before you close the flap.

Sturdy
These envelopes are made of durable 24-pound white-wove stock, and they are ideal for hand addressing or use with mailing labels. You can also order a special laser and inkjet printable version of these convenient mailing envelopes.

I have used these envelopes for many years, and they are very easy and quick to seal. The only negative is that the edges of the flaps do not seal, and apparently they sometimes...Read complete review

I have used these envelopes for many years, and they are very easy and quick to seal. The only negative is that the edges of the flaps do not seal, and apparently they sometimes get caught and torn in the postal machines. I would also like to see window envelopes for invoices that have the pull & seal feature.

Pricey, but not security envelopes

A large quantity, costly envelope should be security and nothing less. A plain white envelope is not appropriate for business mailing but there were no 500 packs of security self seal on display

      These envelopes are great for direct mail marketing and other mass mailings. The quality is always superior to other store brands, and they peel easily and effortlessly, which makes them a great efficiency booster. They seal completely shut with a quick swipe and they stay shut -- every time. We played "hit and miss" with other store brands until we tried Staples #10 QuickStrip Envelopes. We just love these envelopes. Our mass mailings look super professional. We can't live without these envelopes. Yes, they are that good.
