Answer this question 2 answers A: The second ply should produce an image identical to the top copy when running through the printer. There could be several reasons why the second ply is not imaging. With this roll being white on both the 1st and 2nd ply, the customer may be feeding the paper in upside down, they may just need to flip the roll over. The carbonless coating is on the back of the 1st ply and on the front of the second ply, so when the printer impacts the 1st ply, the carbonless capsule combination produces an image on the 2nd ply. It's possible that it could also be the printer not impacting the paper with enough pressure, this is often times something that can be adjusted.
