They help me organize various files.
When I take them to a meeting, I can include things in the pockets i.e.my calendar.
Great for travel in that you can color code different itineraries--they hold your airline tix, business receipts and more. They are thin and take up no room. They slide easily into a crowded brief case. They hold more than you may think--sheet wise.
