The box we received looked like the company didn't care about the customer who would be receiving it. The wraping around 8 of the reams of paper were torn up and on 4 of the reams there was a orange ink that looked like the wraping got wet and bleed through to the paper. I was very disapointed. We buy a case of paper every 6 to 8 weeks. This was the first time our product was sent to us in this condition.

THIS PAPER JAMS UP IN OUR COPIER OFTEN. WE MAKE A LOT OF COPIES AND ITS FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO UN-JAM IT. IF WE HADN'T GOTTEN A COUPON FOR IT I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT AS THE PRICE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. ALL OF YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH

I'm a retired Executive Assistant and Meeting Planner, so I run my personal life much the same as I did when in the Business world. One example is, I like to print hard copies of articles or recipes, etc. and mail them to some older friends without computers. I always buy this brand of paper. You can't beat it for the value and quality.
