This was recommended for plush carpet so I bought it to go over my new thick carpet and padding. However the pegs are only one-eighth of an inch and so short that they might as well not be there. Every time I use it, it moves, as much as 6 inches in one day. I find it is not at all useful on a plush carpet and am going to return it to find one with longer pegs.I am very disappointed and feel mislead.

    This mat lasts and lasts and lasts, talk about the energizer bunny! I have two back ups of it but who needs them, the first one I purchased has lasted years. I am overweight and I have never found a mat that handles my weight and a desk chair on carpet like this mat. I work at my desk daily and all the other mats I've tried have broken within a year. I am sold!

      I can't believe some of these reviews, I received my mat flat in a box, it's very heavy duty, I weigh 225 and have a heavy chair and I don't sink into the mat. It's very thick and easy to roll around on. I guess i just got a good one. RP
