Wow...

These may seem like ordinary folders, but nay, nay. These babies rocked my world. In a world of endless distractions and clutter these hanging file folders are ever vigilant servants, waiting to faithfully store all the cruft that gathers in my life. Bills? filed. Memos? Stored. Another nasty-gram from my ex's lawyer demanding more money so she can eat bon-bons by the pool while I slave away at my 9-5 thankless job? well, actually I shred that one. Anyway, these folders have changed my life! And did you know that you can actually put file folders IN THEM so that you can easily pull stuff out for later use??? If these aren't up for a Nobel Prize of some sort, well, I just don't know what kind of world we are living in! You need them. You want them. Just buy them!!!

I was so dissapointd in the small inserts & tabs that came with the file folders. I have not been able to find the larger tabs & inserts on line and I am not able to get to the store. In short I am stuck with the file folders & their small inserts and tabs, which I cannot use. Consequently, I do not have the upteen files in the cabinet or set up.

Many popped open and then stuck to my files and ruined the folders.

The first thing I noticed was the incomplete slots for the tags. They were not cut out completely and many had to be opened up by hand.

The other problem was that about five folders had the slots not centered across the top, so the when the tags were inserted in the slots on one side, they projected out too far under the file hanger, which prevented use of the folder. I turned these folders end-for-end, but this is not a completely successful fix, as the slots don't line up with the good folders.

These are as good as the name brand ones. At less then 1/2 the price of some of the others it is a no brainer. Unless you need color coding this is the way to go.
