I have been using a nice GBC laminator for a half-dozen years, generally buying GBC laminating pouches. [...] I've carefully avoided the Fellows pouches because Fellows does not provide a carrier with their pouches. This time, not finding the GBC pouches, I carefully scanned for an acceptable pouch product and thought I had located one when I saw that the Staples brand pouch proudly proclaims on the front of the box that their hot laminate pouch works with all hot laminators. But, Staples does not provide any carriers with their pouches.Calling the Staples support number on the pouch package, I was told that if the laminating machine required a carrier, then certainly I should use a carrier. My efforts to have them identify how to acquire carriers if they were not provided with the pouches resulted only in them telling me that I shoiuld contavt the manufacturer of the laminating machine.Unless you have one of the high-end Fellows machine that, indeed, do not require a carrier, or you have an inventory of carriers, you will need to look for a different brand of pouch. Using this pouch without a carrier in a machine that requires a carrier could result in the pouch being melted to the heated pressure rollers, ensuring that it will never run again...

I love this product but whether you purchase 10 or 100 they only give you 1 protective sleeve. How cheap is that. I don't want to buy another pack just to get the sleeve. What can I use as replacement when one gets chewed!!!

      Used to cover pages I needed protected for years and found it worked so well went ahead and used it for my photo album. Now it is just in constant use. can seal as many as 3 page or 2 card stock sheets.

          I laminated some photos and signage that needed to withstand weather and handling. This product bubbled and images were blurred and foggy. It made no difference if I ran it through the laminator one, two or even three times. For quality laminating I will use the branded product for my machine. I won't toss these, but it may take me along time to use them up for less important applications.
