I insist that my students use these!

These dividers not only separate my students' papers by subject keeping their work organized, but the pocket is the perfect place for them to put their completed homework, returned tests, and the loose handouts that use to jam up their desks...Now there's no excuse for messy notebooks. Since I discovered them, they are the ONLY dividers I allow my students to use!
I also use them myself in my budget book (separated by creditor) ...the pocket holds the current bill to be paid, check offers from credit cards and coupon books. How did I ever stay organized without them? ...(That's just it...I didn't...LOL)

It does what I need, but a ring hole tore open during my first class with it.

A set I got (decades ago) Is pretty much intact. It featured copper colored binder ring support (untarnished to this day) and pockets on both (that's 2) sides.

Recently I was put in charge of creating a new organizational system for 2 different projects. The paperwork involved had never been been fully collated and organized. These dividers were wonderful because they helped keep the small bits of constant paperwork in order before they were scanned. Better yet, because of the tabs I could ensure that they were always in the right person's chart. My only complaint is that the pockets themselves could be a little deeper. But other than that, these are ideal!

I haven't used this product over an extended period of time. It was on sale when I bought it. I was actually hoping to find plastic because I will be using the dividers in a large notebook at school (I'm a teacher). I'm hoping the hole punches (they are reinforced) and the pockets will hold up over an extended perioed of time. I do like the fact that they do have pockets because not all notebook dividers have that option. My first choice would have been plastice dividers with pockets because I think they would be more durable but so far I am satisfied.

I organize each month's bills, receipts, etc using a pocket divider labeled for the month. Each year's pocket dividers go into a binder. Works for me.
