As I saved pictures and drqwings from my great neices and nephews over the years I needed some way to organize and save them. These envelopes worked great. I have a file cabinet drawer with them in, and now when I get a picture or a drawing I have the exact place to place them. Since I've done this the kids are into them everytime they come to visit. They love going through their older drawings, they see how they have inproved., and it keeps them occupied for hours. I have bought more for my own pictures and papers.

I use these for: business and personal trips; holds my itineraries, hotel info, car rental info, meeting info, directions, etc.
projects; holds data, meeting notes, transcripts, printouts, agendas, etc.,
tax receipts; receipts, contributions, etc., for the year.
Each file is labeled on the outside with a permanent marker LARGE LETTERS for easy retrieval. On my way to meeting just pull the folder and I have all the data. On my way to the airport, just put the folder and I have all that I need.

Once I am complete with the project, trip, etc., they are filed appropriately. They are great.
