This product is very light and also uses less poatage.I would like to say some thing else than the product:Staples stores are fantastic and well organized, very well layed out and with friendly staff. Most of the items are always there and not out of stock. The prices are very competetive and also excepts competetor's coupons. I have bought most of the items from your store. Only one comment I have is that if you can add purchases to link with your reward card so customer don't have to carry in wallet (as you know every one has their reward cards). Great place to shop and keep up the good product.Sid

                  I use it to send only one (in a CD/DVD jewelcase), but it would probably fit two easily. If you put two in, make sure you put some kind of padding between the two cases.

                  I think about 12. But I used a hard plastic case for my dvd. I don't know if I would trust the mail service to handle it without damage with only the paper sleeves.

                  I would think at least 3 or 4 in paper sleeves. I mailed a DVD in a jewel case. I think you could get 2 jewel cases in the mailer, but it might be tight.

                  I did a test with materials at hand and it looks like 12 DVDs in paper sleeves will fit in this mailer, possibly more. Would like to hear from someone who actually successfully mailed a large number of DVDs in one of these mailers. I mailed 4 in paper sleeves earlier today 1-5-2010
