Product had to be returned. the "zip" portion did not open, the top of the bag stretched and or ripped. Once opened, the zip lock would not go back together to zip. My husband measured with a micrometer,the thickness of the plastic, it was only 1 mil, not 2 mil. Their thin-ness was obvious when compared to another brand of ziplock bags I have. I purchased 2000 and 80% of the bags I tried to open, were unuseable when finally opened. Not a good product.

Received phone message last week that product was available for pick up; went to pickup at store and was told that product was not there and ready for pick up does not mean it is at the store. Requested store contact me when it is and I have not heard from Staples since
