Most of today's filler paper is thin, cheap junk. This is different, and the price reflects that. It was recommended to me by a friend with kids in school.

My high school son started using this paper in middle school. He doesn't want to do his homework on any other filler paper. It makes him happy to do his homework (well, almost).

Once you've tried this, you won't want to go back to the cheap stuff.

The excess paper to the left of the reinforced holes was to WIDE!!!! This causes great difficulty when turning from page to page. On top of that huge deficiency, the paper was to thin for the premium price. There was a fine quality product that you removed from the shelves, so that your product was the only selection!! I think it was called "five star" by Mead. I threw all of your product in the garbage!! I reordered the Mead paper from [@].

The Staples Reinforced 8 1/2 by 11 paper really made a difference for my daughter's homework assignments. She was able to write her notes without worrying the paper would tear from her binder. She usually completes her homework in the car, during break times or during lunch. Her schedule is really busy so she tries to keep up with her homework assignments anytime she can. When she turns in her assignments they look clean and neat. No more torn papers to turn in to the teacher. The fact that she can write on the go and keep everything nice and neat was a big plus for her.

I teach several Bible studies which require extensive note taking. I use this re-enforced paper for taking notes because it takes ink well without the ink "bleeding through" to the reversed side. I use ink to take the notes as pencil notes fade over time. I keep these notes for reference in organized binders with identifying dividers. Since I use these notes and refer to them often, ordinary filler paper would tear at the holes within days of extensive use. I have some notes taken on the re-enforced paper almost 10 years old. This is a very good product.

Staples paper, specifically this kind, gives me the best use of my money. I am a very messy person and not the least bit 'gentle' with my things. This type of paper made it impossible for me to rip it out of my binder. And if you are a neat freak like me, I hate when filler paper is beige, off-white or sometimes even a dullish gray. The shade of white is amazing and keeps everything crisp and clean. I have bought Staples reinforced paper ever since the fourth grade (now in 12th) and could not ask for a better choice.
