        Because these rubber bands do have a minimum of 80% rubber content, they do have latex in them.

        Wikipedia provides a rubber band size chart, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubber_band. Size #117 is a 7 inch in diameter band, 1/16" thick, 1/32" wide. Rubberbands tends to stretch almost double in size so these would stretch to almost 14", probably closer to 12".
