I have used scanners for storing this information, usually not without haveing to edit what it thought it saw. Takes time I often do not have. These sheets are easy and fast and serve my purpose well. Grab the card, slide it in the sleeve and keep it there until I no longer need the reference. The ones that need to be archived in electronic format I do, and share with the organization. Otherwise, I snag a page of my cards, make a phone call, text or email and return the pages(s) to my briefcase until i get off the road and determiine if I will need the info again or simply purge it from my sheets.

Although this product meets my needs the difficulty in opening the individual card pockets and inserting documents in the pockets is frustrating. Since the product does offer value for the price I would recommend it with reservations.

I find this an easy way to sort business cards after meetings so I remember where I got them. No more stacks to thumb thru to find someone I want to follow up with. I have binders for different types of clients and can retrieve them easily. I don't bother entering them in the computer or phone until I know they are interested. This keeps my lists shorter.

The heat sealed seams are not very durable and tend to come open causing gthe contents to fall out. The plastic is very thin which adds to, and probably causes, the problem.

If your business card pages are used by category, and you have 10 Real Estate cards in one page, and have a page before & after with bankers, and lawyers, you can easily add a second page of any category, anywhere in the binder. A 3 ring binder can hold hundreds of business cards.
