I am a pharmacist and I use the stapler at work to staple prescription labels to their bags. I go through about 300-400 bags a day. At first the stapler was excellent. However, this stapler lasted one week before it started not stapling right. I was very unhappy.

We seem to go through several staplers here. I saw this one and took a chance on it. It is very solidly constructed. Fits your hand very well. And will staple several sheets with little effort. So far I am confident that this one will stand the test of time. It's great for everyday use as well as big jobs. With the plier grip handles you can have much more control during use. It is all metal constructed and I absolutely love that about it. No plastic pieces to fall off after a few uses. It holds a full strip of staples as well, so you can staple your heart away.

Replacing another stapler that works well but staples flat. This one staples with the ends pointed into the paper so less likely to catch on other things and have an end that can stab the unwary.

I had used my father-in-law's metal hand-held stapler for years until it began distorting the staples. This one has cushioned handles and works easily. Seems very well-constructed, designed to last.
