bought one of these it worked great so I bought 2 more for my office. With in a year only 1 works right.. We staple all day long. They just can't hold up in a busy office with lots of paperwork.. I think these would however be great for occasional use at home.

We did not over use this stapler.
We bought one a year ago & to lasted for a bout 8 months & then jammed all the time. I figured that maybe someone had dropped it since 3 people use it, so I bought a second one. This one jammed almost right out of the box.
I bought a SWINGLINE - paid a bit more , put it is a much better product.

I bought this stapler for the office because I needed a product that would provide consistent, easy use. I work in a law firm, and we staple often; and often the pages stapled exceed 10 sheets. We have a heavy duty stapler for packs exceeding 25 sheets, so this product seemed perfect...and, at first this stapler worked fine. However, one night after preparing for a hearing, it just jammed on a small stack of 5 sheets. I have had this stapler for 6 weeks and have not "overused" it in any way that would cause a permanent jam in the cartridge. Alas, it's completely broken. Be careful.
