I run ESL/Bilingual Parent/student "make-it take-it" workshops. I frequently ask the parents to cut words or pictures out to make a learning game to play with their children. I supply the parents with all the materials to use during the workshop. Unfortunately, the only scissors I had were children's scissors, which are way too small for the parent's hands. The night of each workshop I would run around my house grabbing any pair of adult scissors I could find to take with me to the workshop. When I saw your scissors on sale for[$] I thought "Great I can finally afford to buy scissors for my workshop." I went to Staples on Monday, but they were sold out. The manager told me to come back on Friday, which I did.Unfortunately, I was only able to buy seven pairs of the scissors before they ran out again.(I usually have between 35 to 50 parents in attendance along with their children) Anyway, I love the scissors and am happy to have gotten the ones I did. I know the parents will enjoy using them as much as I do.

I bought these scissors as a replacement pair for one that had gone missing at work. They were a GREAT price and they are nice and sharp. They have become the scissors that everyone wants to use at the bakery where I work. I thought at first that they would not be great quality because they were so inexpensive, but they are actually quite sharp and have maintained their sharpness well through cutting foil packets, thick cardboard, packing tape and more. They were well worth the price!
