Where to buy the old, heavier tape
Hi, as some of the other reviewers, I am disappointed in the thinner version and would like to know how and where to buy the "old" tape, even if not in cardboard boxes, but to fit on a standard tape core. Thank you.

Don't go with no other tape but this one, it do the job you will have to do your job.

core size
unfortunately the core for this tape seems to be just shy 1 inch, as I have a sold brass core from a gorgeous solid brass tape dispenser, and the brass 1 inch core will not accept these refills... I am at a loss as to what to do.....

Where to buy the stronger version - industrial ?
I use this tape for years and lately the adhesive force has changed. I see that I am not the only one noticing this. The solution would be to irder industrial type of the same product. How do I do this? Thanks

Bring back the stronger tape please!
I have always used the 600 tape in my stores but lately the quality of the film and adhesiveness has changed. I've bought the same tape in different retailers only to be dissappointed over and over again. Is there any way of acquiring the tape with the stronger film and more adhesive?

Not very sticky, hard to cut.
I wasn't please at all with this tape. It's not real sticky and I don't know if it's the dispenser I have it in or what, but it doesn't want to cut easily.

Same as MultiTask Tape?
I was looking at the MultiTask tape but didn't want to buy a dispenser and I noticed this red box labeled "Transparent Tape". I called in to 3M to confirm and indeed it is the same tape. They were very helpful on the phone but I wonder why they can't be named the same thing.

When someone buys tape, what more can you say about the "Scotch" brand name tape. It does everything you would think that it should and can accomplish.

Not as strong as before.
A change was recently made to this product since it became 'transparent tape' it is no longer stronger than regular everyday tape. I bought it to use when sealing large mailing envelopes and before it worked great but since the change I find it's not much stronger/durable then regular tape. It doesn't perform the task I require it to with the same ease as before.

Please bring back the old (better) tape
We have used the Scotch transparent tape for many years to attach book jackets to books, here at our regional public library. It has worked wonderfully until we opened the first roll from our recent reorder. The tape is thinner, not as sticky, and more difficult to tear off of the tape dispenser. The added effort to tear the tape off of the dispenser is going to slow do...

Old version much better
Have been using this tape at work to cover our labels. New version is thinner and does not stick as well. Bring back the industrial strenght or offer it as a seperate order number.

Good quality to cheap quality
This tape used to be a great tape to use. It now feels like saran wrap with adhesive on the back. It is hard to tape things up with saran wrap!
