great convenience
After shopping several retailers, including Sears, I found it almost impossible to buy a Land's End gift card in a retail store. I found the Staples site online and ordered it ASAP. Got it the next day via email. Great service. Easy and convenient. I recommend it to others who might be shopping for a Land's End gift card.

Horrible I can't believe how
Horrible I can't believe how long it takes to get a gift card, it was a birthday present and now I'm 3 weeks late
