Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

copy paper
the Paper is fine, the pricing is good, the delivery needs to improve. Delivering a pallet of paper in a Van is less than desirable. takes time to putt out the partial pallet then stack the remaining boxes on top to be able to unload and place in a warehouse.

Tru Red Copy Paper
Is it just me.. or is the paper a little too thin? The quality feels cheap. Don't get me wrong, the paper is decent but the quality is not there. My business has purchased a couple of pallets, but I think it is time to look elsewhere. Where's My Order
I ordered a pallet of paper on Oct 29! After returning from vacation, I had to do a Chat session to find out where it was on Nov 16! The Chat was useless because I was told the product was coming direct from the vendor and they couldn't track it! If they would've only given a more accurate turn around time (instead of 1 - 6 days) then I could've ordered accordingly.

It's paper
Most of my orders come the next day, which I really like. I did have a couple of boxes with crushed sides. Over 3 pallets I've lost maybe3 reems, which I can live with.
Paper is decent and consistent but does cause dust in my copiers. I'm sure other brands do too.
