Neenah Paper Classic Baronial Ivory
Each of the 3 times I've ordered the Neenah Paper Baronial Ivory 8 1/2x 11 paper, it has arrived from the manufacturer completely opened, with many of the pages bent. I don't understand why the packaging for one ream can't stay together. This is paper that we use to create funeral bulletins, so it needs to be in good shape.

Ok.
The paper is what I ordered. However, I thought that the weight would be somewhat heavier. So I would have preferred 28 lb.
