Best chair I've ever bought
Being a big guy 6'5" &300#'s it's hard to find a good chair that doesn't cost a house payment. I found this one and was a reasonable price and had good reviews. I couldn't be more happy with it. Though it's only been about a week, the chair is comfortable and the gas cyclinder hasn't failed. Plus it looks great too. My employees think of it as the Emporer's chair/throne...

Still Waiting for all the Parts
Somehow during the delivery process, the chair's transport box ruptured and the metal dowel part connecting the chair to the base disappeared, along with several screws I recovered by tracing the delivery route to my second floor office. Nice Chair but Pneumatic Cylinder Failing
Unfortunately after receiving in good condition and no issues with assembly, the chair began to lose height and lower to bottom of pneumatic cylinder. Purchased chair specifically for being heavy duty and for ability to sit high. Pneumatic Cylinder will not hold height when person in chair.

Nice chair but not for me
Chair went together better than any I have owned. I just couldn’t find a way to get comfortable in it. Returned but Staples was great to work with.

Seat cushion compresses too much
I needed a new office chair that would be comfortable for long periods of sitting at an office desk. The back of the chair is firm and comfortable. However, the seat cushion compresses way too much and feels like you're sitting on a wood bench. I would not recommend this chair considering it's price.

Comfortable for Extended Sitting
These chairs were purchased for our 911 operators, who sit for extended periods of time. Their Director says they work well and I hope they will hold up and last for a while. The maintenance department had no problem putting them together, so that is a plus. For me, the best thing was the price. worst chair experience EVER
putting chair together is never easy BUT the arms don't line up to holes and now i can't get the arms to stay on.. it's a poorly made design with arms that are ONLY held on by two screws into whatever weak backing their using for $400+ it's awful!

Excellent chair
Not only is the chair comfortable for me at 5’2”, but it works for my 6’6” husband. The first week impression is great. Let’s hope the leather holds up.

Looks great, feels great, feels strong, but does not recline...I have tried everything, and it barely reclines, not enough tilt to get it far back enough. The only way it will tilt is by putting your feet on the desk, and use that pressure to make it tilt the bit that it does, until you are tired of doing so. Bummer, for what looks to be a great chair! Very Comfortable!
Went together easy for most part-had to apply a little pressure to get the last screw in the arm-the holes didn't want to line up right. Also took a little persuasion to get castors to lock in.
Overall a great chair for a larger framed person. Wish it was available in brown.

Super comfy!
This chair is great!
My only issue is that, like the other reviews say, it doesn't tilt back.
But overall, it's very comfortable and is much better than my previous office chair.

Great product
I ordered this chair to replace one that got damaged in our plant. The operators sit in the chair for long hours while monitoring temperatures of chemicals that are being made. I have heard good comments about the chair, and most importantly I have not heard any bad comments.

Nice chair easy to assemble. Stored I picked it up was good experience.
Only sad about the chair it dosen’t tilt it does swivel and has height adjustment but no tilt It had an adjustment knob in front of where you attach the seat to the pole still no tilt
