Just What I Needed!
I needed a form for my monthly budget and expenses.
I tried MS Word templates as well as on line forms and templates.
None of these suited my special needs for a certain number of columns and sizes of columns.
I went to Staples and my perfect form was available (in varying sizes too) at a very reasonable cost and no royalties either.

Disappointed
The pages fall out as soon as you turn to the next page. This necessitates putting them into a binder. I am left handed, so using the binder is awkward. Also, I am disappointed that the 5 column is not available.

Recycle ink

Disappointing
I needed one (1) green accounting-type pad.
VERY disappointing that I had to purchase TWO (2) pads...they were sealed together in plastic wrap...to get the one pad I needed. Just another example of how Staples continues to gouge its customers.

Need a cover!!
Wanted a Record Book, like the one have and purchased at Staples in Auburn, NY. It's for 12 months in two pages. These pages are only 6 columns, also need a looseleaf folder for the cover. Staples, in Auburn, don't have. Actually it's too large for what need to put in my office cabinet. Sorry, have to be honest.

Wish I would have found it ages ago. I set it up the way I needed it to work (record items under numbered columns that match the numbered areas in the Irs F Section——fuel, electrical, spray materials, etc,). That
