Makes perfect sense...
We use folders with tabs where the client name goes. These suspension files sit below the level of the client name so easy to find the file you want and no need to bother with those clear plastic tabs that fit inside suspension files. Works well for what we need.

Thinner than expected
The hanging files I ordered online from Staples are thinner and less substantial than the ones I’m used to using. Hopefully, they’ll put up with the wear and tear of normal useage; time will tell.
